I went to Best Buy to pick up Ghost Trick too, and was met with the same result.  However at the Pentagon City Best Buy, things are well organized, but it really is a collection of mostly shovelware.

Its not going to be budget priced.  Full $60 MSRP.  Been listed on Gamestop for a while.
