im tired of all this political correctness bullshit

who cares if you offend someone? they should realize living life isn't about constantly waiting for people to offend you so you can pounce on the smallest innuendos and make a huge deal out of nothing.

i dont want gay people hitting on me when walking down the street doing my thing, and i dont want gay characters hitting on me when im trying to play my games.  thats just not something i'm cool with

but hey i'm straight.  and if you're gay you feel the exact opposite as me.  i can understand that.  just don't throw it in my face.
Haha, fucking classic.  You realize you actually have to pursue these relationships in the game, right?

#175 to finish!  Best one for me so far.

Used a couple of concept pages.  The women one took me a little while though.  I thought for sure Bayonetta or Jack from ME2 would be on there.  Are these quests set up to where there are exactly 3 answers for stuff like that?

Hey, that is really cool.  I do like getting boxed copies for new games (cheap games on Steam sales notwithstanding), but in this case I went with the GoG version.  Funny thing is I've never managed to beat The Witcher, though I've started it a few times.  New computers, dead HDD's with hours of saves on them, stuff like that.  Still, I felt like I would be missing a great opportunity for what looks to be a great game (made by a fantastic dev who likes supporting their customers long after release), so I ended up buying and pre-loading it...but I can't play till Wednesday due to finals and work.  Damn!On an unrelated note, do you post on the PCG website as well?  I recognize your screen name, I think from there.
I just finished The Witcher for the first time last month actually.  I bought it at release and then again when the Enhanced Edition came out, but I had never played all the way to end before because of a HDD crash which took my saves and then just general distraction.  I finally sat down a month or so ago and said "okay, time to finish this sucker" and then did so.  The last two chapters are actually the best of the five I think, so you should play them sometime. And yeah, I posted on the PCG forums when the website first popped up.  I decided I didn't like the community there that much though and left for the most part.  Right now I mostly post on GOG's forums.  I would like to post more here but it's a lot to dive into!
I did make sure to buy the Enhanced Edition Director's Cut for $5 on GoG last week.  I know I will get to it eventually, and I have the original boxed copy.  Last time I installed it, I found out that DLing all the patches for the Enhanced/Director's stuff was way too much of a hassle.  The entire thing for $5 was way too good to pass up.

The problem I run into with getting back into it is that I played quite a bit, so I have to spend probably about 15+ hours to get back to where I was.

Yeah, not a fan of the PCG community either.  I actually just got my account here last week.  Been listening to the Bombcast for over a year now, I figured I should check out the website.  Definitely digging it so far.

My wife and I went to see Thor yesterday.  It's definitely one of the better Marvel movies to date.  Thor is one of my favorites of the Marvel lineup and the movie was pretty well done.  Sure, it had it's cheese moments, and that fucking retarded romance storyline, but overall it was pretty good.  The trailers for Captain America and Green Lantern were also shown, and those both look pretty good as well.  Thor is a badass, being the god of thunder and all, and has some pretty nasty AoE.

Still, if I want a comic book game, I think I'll stick with Ultimate Alliance rather than the games based on the movies.

Edit:  Oops, I should've posted this in the Off Topic section instead of General Discussion I think.  Sorry.

I can't believe that MP one gave me so much trouble.

Okay, I gotta ask:  how the hell do you view other people's blogs and shit?  I mean, I posted thinking no one would really see it, then I get a bunch of responses.  I can't seem to find a link on the site for viewing blog updates though.  What's the deal?

@McGhee_the_Insomniac: I admit that this may have something to do with these goddamn addictive quests on the website...

Still, those quests seem to encourage participation in a way most gaming sites don't really care about.  Can't say I have a problem with it.

I've spent the last year or so listening to the Bombcast, and decided to check out the site.  I had no idea these Quick Looks were so in depth!  The Dungeon Siege 3 and Gatling Gears ones both basically sold me on those games.
