These are in no particular order
Regenerating Health - While this concept does help in the most difficult situations as it allows you to gain full health after hiding, it completely demolishes any realism the game might have had. Being able to take multiple shots to the face and having the ability to completely heal just by hiding doesn't seem to make much sense to me. Instead, developers should take a more creative approach the gaining health. Fallout 3's system works well. Taking medication such as stimpacks boosts your health, as does drinking, eating, and sleeping. This makes the game much more realistic then just taking cover and waiting until your body magically fixes itself. Regenerating Health is something I'd like to see go away in the future.
Spawn Camping/Raping - This one is a no-brainer. People that spawn camp are pathetic. And I hope nobody is nodding there heads right now saying "Yeah, you're right", as everyone has done it at least once in their lifetime. You know who you are. The sad thing is that half the time it's unavoidable. Take Call Of Duty: World At War for example. The spawns are terrible in that game. When you see an enemy spawn right in front of you, what are you going to do? Let him go, or kill him? Nobody would ever let the person go, as it's the perfect chance to get an easy kill. I know, it's sad, but that's how things work. Developers I'm sure realize how big a problem this is, and they really need to step it up in terms of fixing spawn points and making sure people have a fair match. And don't even get me started on Battlefield...
Glitching - Glitching is probably the most common fom of cheating in online console games. Whether intentional or not, it's annoying. Nothing is worse then getting killed from someone who's under the map or hiding in a building other inaccessable to the player without glitching. Let's face it: people that glitch and kill people while doing it think it's funny. Why? Because the victim is unaware of where the player is. But the thing is, if someone glitches against them, they get pissed. Why? Because like I've already said, it's annoying as hell, and developers don't need to fix the glitches completely. Throwing in a simple kill switch would do good enough.*
Nudity - Aw, nudity. A constant thorn in the game industry's side as parents everywhere cry over how it's horrible. In some ways, they're right. Nudity in video games is stupid when it's thrown in there just for the hell of it. Women flashing boobs when they don't have to is pretty lame in my opinion. The internet is full of that. If people wanted to see boobs, all they have to do is Google it. Something like nudity shouldn't distract the gamer from the game they are playing. However, cultural nudity, if you want to call it that, is fine. God Of War has lots of it, but that's because, obviously, people were naked back then. But sex mini-games? Seriously? I know I sound like a baby right now, but nudity and sex mini-games that are just thrown in there to entertain people mean that people that actually enjoy them need to get out more, or at least get a girlfriend or something :P
Timed Missions - I'm sure lots of people will agree with me on this one. Timed missions are pisser offers because they force the player into rushing through the mission. Now, the only time I don't have a problem with these is if they are used in a totally epic fashion. Escaping an factory about to explode in :30 seconds can be really fun. However, escaping a factory about to explode in :30 seconds on the hardest difficulty while trying to kill an overwhelming amount of enemies that just spawned there to put up a challenge, is not. Players should be able to play the way they want to, and timed missions thrown in a stupid times is a major turn off.
Pre-Set Death Animations - When I say this, I mean people dying in a video game the same way over and over again. Call Of Duty has a big problem with this, especially online. Whether you are killed with a pistol or an airstrike, your character goes through the same boring animation of him falling down in a lame fashion and the kill cam starting. I for one love ragdoll phyics. It makes killing virtual people much more fun, as watching their bodies fly everywhere and limbs fold and bend off of objects is sure to get a laugh out of everyone. Developers should take this into consiferation, or at least make more realistic animations.
