That's actually not how it works. It depends on the hosts level, not yours. Also, they cannot be within 10 levels of you, because you're only level 41. They would have to be within 4 levels of you, the way summoning works is that the players who join the host must be within 10% of the host's level.

Never mattered to me in the first place, since I'm never getting Origins. Even if it means losing out on BF3.

The one that removes the dice rolls when shooting. I can't remember what it's called though.

I suppose it's temporary until they actually fix it themselves, but it works GREAT
 

 Having a really bad lag issue with New Vegas to the point where it's not tolerable.
Even on medium settings, it will lag but the wierd thing is that I can play Fallout 3 on Ultra settings with a smooth 60fps. Anything I can do to fix this?

I've updated my video card and all that shite.
