At this point I'm assuming the game has beat me, because I simply do not understand the rules for the yellow block shapes, and worst of all I have no real way of knowing if I have found the area that properly prepares me for the rule. I think it's the marsh, since it's so yellow block focused, but how can you ever be sure? The yellow block rule seems to be pretty prevalent, so I'm sure I need to understand it if I'm going to beat the game, but I am at a standstill. Whatever lesson it is trying to teach me is lost on me. I'm stuck on the red puzzles in the marsh. Can someone please provide some sort of definition of this rule? I just can't comprehend what I am doing wrong.

In my own defense, I've activated several lasers, so other aspects of the game I've had no trouble with.

Seriously, after the Wii, how can anyone be jumping for joy over this thing. It's going to end up being the same story: the only developer able to figure out how to use this thing well will be Nintendo, and from the sound of things, I'm not sure they are 100% behind games anymore.

I'm really excited to check this game out, and I think my wife would enjoy watching it. She really enjoys watching more stroy driven games as I play them, and this seems like a no brainer because she loves the TV series. Since the game is based upon the comics (which my wife hasn't read and has no interest in doing so) will this affect her enjoyment of the game? I've read every issue, and know the game is a side story with guest star appearances from many characters from the comics. For those that have played the game, read the comics, and watched the TV series; do you think there will be any issues enjoying the story if the TV series if all you've seen?

First sign of a mediocre game? You have to pay to play the demo.

Here's my L4D pumpkin from last year.  I didn't do any gaming pumpkins this year unfortunately.

Since the game's best feature is its story, I would want more of the same. Full details in spoiler tags just in case:

I would like to play as Jack, his story could take him places where he meets people from his father's criminal past. When the conversation about his father starts, the game would transition to a flashback letting you play as John during the events of the story Jack is hearing.  This way, we would get to unfold two stories.

Hrm. This is at least an interesting attempt to increase preorders.

" That... isn't the twist.  I don't know how you could come to that conclusion.  They immediately show you the results of saving Demichev.  The twist is that the person screaming at Renko to not save him was Renko himself, that the entire game had been a time loop, and that the only way to end the time loop was to shoot yourself in the past (which didn't happen at the start of the game).  The other 'twist', so to speak, is the results of which ending you choose. "
Yeah I guess so, but the use of a flashback montage coupled with Barachov's delivery of what went down, I think was suppose to leave some impact. I mean if it was knowledge who Demechev was, we would have had have been reminded. "

I'm pretty sure they revealled who Demechev was when you saved Barisov (sp?) and met him in his stronghold. They said the guy changed his name during the film he shows you.

The twist is that you've been working against yourself thru the entire game, hence the various messages written on the wall.  Also, you could say the bigger twist is the fact that things weren't corrected, even after killing yourself in the past.
