I'll change the opening post to reflect the latest of your comments later this day (have to go to school first). Also will try to help locate the pixelated issue with more indept bug reports, for now I can say that indeed the YouTube player bar also looks wonky and I do not recall it looking that way before.

So I have a way to get the video's playing in flowplayer again:

Step 1: Download the free Flowplayer

Step 2: Locate the index.html file and replace http://pseudo01.hddn.com/vod/demo.flowplayervod/flowplayer-700.flv with the downloadlink of the video you want to watch

so far it only allows progressive, but I am going to write a script that pulls the video links from the RSS feed and with some googleing trying to add streaming.

@WilltheMagicAsian: Indeed used MPC-HC (first time user) and the problem is that the video doesn't start playing until it is entirely cached. I want it to play after a smaller cache (actually instantly, my connection is fast enough).

@Brendan: As far as I'am concerned, both are right! But in their own ways:

The way YouTube streams their videos out while also retaining progressive abilties is amazing, but overall video quality is lower.

@snusorten: If HTML5 is an option for you try that. I've tried it and now it instantly starts with the right video evrytime!
