@Barrock: First off, the only type of run where glitching to the end of the game is viable is an "Any%" run and they are pretty bullshit. Go check out a "100%" run, they still contain glitches but nothing that skips the entire game.Secondly, a lot of those glitches that skip directly to the end are things that an average person could pull off maybe 1 out of 1000 tries. Now if you add in the fact that most games have several of these 1 in 1000 glitches, it still is impressive on a technical level, just not fun to watch.

edit: Don't know if it's your thing but I believe this is the current WR for a 120 star mario 64 run and it is freaking ridiculous.

I was really looking forward to this, too bad I missed it live. I'm really looking forward to seeing their reactions of Cosmo's speedrun from AGDQ, that was one of the best things I've seen in gaming.
There were a bunch of party poopers in the chat yelling that it was boring. The guys seemed pretty interested in it though. Im with you though that was the highlight of the entire stream.

How could people hate that? It's the only reason I use twitch.tv. It is fascinating watching people finish games in a few hours that took me weeks to finish as a kid.

I missed it as well. :(

Did they get super-drunk and forget to record the thing, or what's up? I'm jonesin' bad over here!

I don't remember them getting drunk. I do remember them spending some time watching a stream of some guys doing a Zelda (don't remember which one) speed run on twitch, Patrick playing ... Majora's Mask? And I believe Vinny was playing some surgery simulator game that didn't look good. I had just woken up from a nap around that time so things are kind of fuzzy. They DID go on pretty long, so I remember that.

Surgery simulator 2013 was a game made in 48 hours by one dude and it's free online. There is a reason it doesn't "look good" but it's ridiculous and hilarious to watch.

Anyone try this?

Everybody in the world? Or don't they do this in America?

I have done this but I don't think it's very common in america. I have never heard of my friends doing it.

I really don't care for the font on the tabs when you go into a game. It looks like it's touching or something, and looks blurry to me. The font on the tabs at the top of the site looks good though.

This man speaks the truth. Just checked for myself and it's really blurry.

@ck1nd: What do you expect them to do, exactly? This is news.

Why the hell do I need to know that sick fucks name was Adam Lanza and every detail about his life and see a million pictures of him.

Not saying that they all do it to be infamous but since Columbine was idolized by the media there has definitely been an steady increase in school shooting. Seems like there is one a week at this point.

Now, play through the Director's Cut ;)

That's the plan. I'll probably pick it up on release since I get the vibe that it'll have a limited print run which will skyrocket the price after a few months. I'm already regretting not getting Xenoblade Chronicles when I had the the chance.

Oh, one more thing: DO NOT READ THE TRADING CARDS. A handful of them contain some pretty big spoilers. Not enough to ruin the mystery, but enough to take some suspense out of how the plot plays out.

There is no such thing as limited in games anymore. At least that's what I keep telling myself to avoid buying shit like Too Human.

Either it is a sign that the disc drive is dying or it means nothing at all and the xbox will work fine for years to come... that's kind of how these things go unfortunately.

Hey quick dumb question, the event is slated for 1300 when I check, does steam automatically put events to my local time? Or is that a specific timezone?

Says 12 pm for me so I will assume it's local time.
