The situation is kind of like this: lets say I have a hand full of candy. I tell a kid that, "I'm going to throw the candies in the air and you go and get them." So I do that and one of the pieces of candy lands in the middle of the street. The kid runs to get it and gets hit by a car. Whose at fault here? The kid, the parents or me? The parents are going to say me. Now it's slightly different because you could argue the kid doesn't know any better, unlike an adult, but I still put the kid in a situation where he/she could get hurt. Just like EA did here. EA didn't intend for this but... I could see why someone would sue them and win.

Being asian, although not chinese and never hearing about this, I immediately started laughing when I read the OP. I can't help but question who's really racist here.

I like to play Adept. Explode guys with singularity and warp or pulling an enemy then using throw to watch them fly like 200 yards is a lot of fun.

Yes, I'm buying a Vita at launch and no, I don't think it's a good decision.

Just going to point out that Sony didn't consider the release of the PS3 as being the end of the PS2's life cycle.

I saved the girls. They needed a hero and I was fast, strong and larger than life.

I've stopped buying DVD's about a year ago. I held out for quite awhile on buying blu-rays and use to think that DVD's looked fine. I was wrong and now I can't go back.

My favorite is Glass. It definitely looks better then it did in Oblivion. The dragon scale armor doesn't look that bad either.
