Mortal Kombat X moves forward with a snappier version of the previous game's fighting and some cool new characters, but the story and other features around the edges feel a bit rough in spots.

Without a doubt. I plan on playing PS3 games even when the console is considered 'retro' or whatever. Just like I do with all my other systems.*hugs top-loader NES*

Absolutely, mine's pre-ordered. This is the sort of title I'd be longing for had it been a Japan-only release, so I'm putting my money where my mouth is. Can't wait to pick it up tomorrow.
