There's probably more. I threw in some racing games as those are usually great when they turn the assists off. You also might want to look up some of the RTS quick looks, like this one of Napoleon: Total War.

Hello! The A-10C Warthog quick look was amazing, right?

Could someone please help me (by that I mean do it for me) put together a list of all of the simulation games they've done quick looks of? thank you!
