There are a ton of great tutorials out on the interwebs for Reason 4/5, (they are pretty much the same at the core, Reason 5 just has some more advanced features). My general advice for you is this: use hotkeys for EVERYTHING (or midi-map your mixer/sequencer/etc. for effects and shit). Seriously, the sooner you learn the hotkeys the better :)
