Borrowed the PS3 version from a friend last week. Despite it being 20 hours long I managed to power through it in 2 sittings. This does not happen. I was going to pick up my own copy because it's honestly one of the best games I've ever played. Glad I hesitated though because now I'll finally have something to show off my shiny new PS4 with.

Funny story though, I was playing it last weekend and my wife came in and asked me what I was watching. I showed her it was a game and that I was actually controlling it and her draw actually dropped. :D

Final Fantasy XII. Loved the world, characters, combat and they plot twists toward the end were amazing. Loved it.

Peanut butter on one sandwich, jam on another. They don't belong together.

Crazy good game, I don't know if it's anything like Binding of Issac though save for some of the rogue-like elements.

I'm about the same age as the staff....strange, I thought I'd see more older people posting here. Just thinking about some of the 16-17 year olds, I was gaming before you were even a glimmer in your father's eye. Hehe. Damn I feel old.

I hear ya. I've got almost 10 years on everyone posting here. Kinda blowing my mind...

He'll be back, and that's the real shame in all of this.

If you can't get into Fire Emblem, there's a pretty good chance that you hate video games.

And that you're a terrible person.

Damnit... I really need to pickup Fire Emblem...

I'm with CliffyB on this one. I thought they were fun at first but once they started dictating how I played my games I gave up on them.

So Denis Dyack (the man that tried to sue Epic but lost and whose terrible management skill eventually drove Silicon Knights into the ground) started another company and is now trying to kickstart a new game...

Lemme get this straight... You couldn't build an X-Men game for multiple millions of Activision dollars, but you think regular people should trust you with their money?? Fuck off...
