I love street fighter 4. It is the awesome, simple, fast-paced, fighting game I have needed to give me faith in that genre of game.

At first, I spent that $60 and regretted it when I realized how much I still sucked at Street Fighter, but now that I'm getting pretty decent at SFIV I keep wanting to play it. Capcom did it right to have simple move lists. Fighting games in general now are too deep in their expansive move lists, as if I really need 674 different ways to punch a dude in the face.

My only complaint about the game is the fact that everyone thinks Ryu and Ken are the cliche characters of the saga, that everyone plays as them in order to do well. I dislike this because I am good with Ryu and I like how he plays. Sometimes online this makes me feel bad for picking him so damn much. Too bad, double fireball HML Punch is much better than the BassAckwards Ultra that Guile has...

Yes, I can do Guile's Ultra. The question instead is, Do I want to do it? Maybe.

Such a fantastic game, I can't wait till they make the Online interactions more fluid and fun. (Hint to Capcom: look at DoA4 for this, i loved the lobby system there.)

As a random update. I recently finished God of War: Chains of Olympus. Pretty good game overall. I'll put up a review sometime when i have time.

Other things I am working on include:
FFVII: Crisis Core - Almost done with it I am sure
Untold Legends: Warrior's Code - Long time consuming game. I'll finish it someday, but it is dragging out.
Patapon - I suck at this game, I just can't keep the rhythm going, and I'm the drummer folk in Rock Band 2

Another random point. Aurora Feint for iPhone must be the greatest free game ever... Its time consuming fun and I really like it for being a free game.

I start Marine Combat Training later tonight, so I will have to post my reviews for these games sometime after I beat them and get to a real computer. Someone work on an iPhone app for this site please! The iPhone really hates typing blog posts and such on here. Oh well.

I am totally excited to see what this new XBOX update has in store for us. However my flight to California leaves tonight and I will not have access to an XBOX until Thanksgiving at the very earliest. Until then, I will be the noob without a new avatar and all that stupid junk.

While I am away, I will be reviewing God of War: Chains of Olympus, FFVII:Crisis Core, Final Fantasy Tactics (PSP), and Untold Legends 2 (PSP). I may also replay and review Metal Gear Acid 1 and 2, and Lumines 1 and 2. Yes, I am taking my PSP with me obviously.

Ah, the Giantbomb.com blog is born.

I am Nukesniper. I'm from Minnesota and I have been following the adventures of the Giantbomb crew for quite some time now. I look up to them and greatly respect their video game knowledge. (Duh.)

I have been working on a personal blog, but I will probably be copying most of its content to giantbomb.com for ease of access. My blog has some major gaps in it because I was away at Marine Corps Boot Camp for over three months. As I write this, I am a private in the Marines and will be leaving in a few days for combat training. This blog will hopefully be well updated while I am away, however it will really pick up in January when I come back home.
