While I might be inclined to agree, you seem to be overlooking the fact that while Storm will be appearing in MVC3, the game isn't out yet so she'd be ineligible by most standards. If the game does manage to hit the shelves before Jan. 1, then that's a different matter altogether...

I think it's a public domain issue. TV shows always seem to play Pac-man or SMB1 sounds whenever anyone plays a video game...
Did anyone mention Simon Pegg(Shaun of the Dead/Hot Fuzz)'s old show Spaced? Episode 3 revolved around Pegg's character being obsessed with Resident Evil 2, to the point where he was losing touch with reality. The episode featured actual footage and sound from the game.
Arguably, if an open world game like Red Dead is your cup of tea, I seriously have to wonder why you bothered playing Mass Effect in the first place. You sure you're not trolling?
