I've tried to play it again but got bored with it extremely fast. I'm more of a Link to the Past kind of guy, but I'm glad there are people out there who enjoy it more than I did.

Two things about this:
 1. The game has been resealed. The seller probably got the game, or the worse, just the box, and resealed it to sell it as new.
 
2. The people who started bidding past $100,000 have low feedback and are probably two kids outbidding each other.

The in-game bonus is just a way to battle used game sales. Would you rather buy MC2 for $60 which includes a $15 DLC or used for $55 and need to pay an extra $15 for the DLC?
