If it doesn't exist, we should make one. A Guild of Sweet Dudes from Giant Bomb. There can also be Dudettes, no worries, but it'd be nice to have a guild somewhere for Casual Murder in an MMO environment. Bros can also be in the guild.
The reason the title of this forum post is a question is so I can answer it. I'm going to go with "yes."
I don't understand why everyone is in love with this game. I'm all about getting hyped up over a game, but I just don't see it. I played a lot of side-scrolling brawlers in my SNES days, but really the only thing this has going for it is its wonderful art style. However, art style does not a beat-em-up make. Is there something revolutionizing the genre in the game that I don't know about? I'm sure the game could be good, but worthy of its fanboydom it is not.
There is good psychological evidence that comes from the University of Texas at Austin that there is a significant correlation between music taste and personality type. Thus, it's quite likely that you choose your friends based on similar personality types and that correlates with what music you listen to. It's a very useful tool for judging people.
360 version doesn't really have a community attached to it. Therefore, you'll pretty much have no one to play with. With Team Fortress 2 on the PC, there's a ton of people playing constantly. Also, you have mods and different game types. Additionally, none of the new Valve maps are on the 360 version, so you'll have less to play.
And most importantly, you don't have sweet, sweet sprays to pepper the map with.
Anyway, the article is way too biased and has to resort to slagging other games to make its point. Yeah, WoW is cartoony, but the art style works and no one is like, "Man, the level 1 starting area has cutesy boars in it! I feel gypped." Grittiness is great if it's pulled off well, and I hope the game does so. But I can just imagine how less-gritty it'll get when someone's calling me gay and I'm getting tells about cheap gold.
Point is, I hope the game is awesome on its own merits. Games are fun to play and I like playing them.
