Everything else on them is the same. I like the way the thinkpad looks (t-series), but am worried that for the price and processor, am paying too much. People have told me that thinkpads are better in that they are more "well made", but they haven't given me a lot of evidence to support that. I won't be doing anything too demanding, but I worry that in the long run, as operating systems and programs get more demanding, i would want the i7.
