I've been looking to buy Korg DS-10 for the Nintendo DS and this website has the cheapest version that I've been able to find ( I think Korg DS-10 is online only). The site seems to specialize in foreign games, and before purchasing, I want to confirm that I'm getting the US version. Even though the site says "Compatible with DS, no region protection" I want to confirm I am getting the US version of the game. Can someone with experience with this site confirm this?

Tonight both my 360 and the laptop I use the most died (or at least the former did). Last time my 360 red ringed it was a false alarm; it was also a warning sign for what would happen tonight. On a side note, if anyone can answer these questions it would be great. If my power plug that goes into my laptop is really hot, is that most likely something wrong with my laptop or my AC adapter? My laptop keeps turning off randomly, and I don't think it's my fan (I already cleaned the minuscule amount of dust from it). Also, I have to jiggle my AC plug to keep the outlet power LED on.

Last night as I was playing a quick match of Gears 2 with a buddy, I was put onto a team that with a standby-er and his friend. Normally I wouldn't be surprised by standby-ing in Gears 2, (something the game is infamous for) but something really struck me about this guy. He and his friend was actually behaving like he was getting legitimate kills by lagging everyone out. He would yell out stuff like "Owned ya bitch" and "Triple Kill" and whatnot while the other team was flailing around aimlessly. The worst part is that he'd spend as much time as he could humping the opposing team while they were down, making rounds take 5 minutes or more. My friend asked him if he was even having fun doing this. Personally I think the fun in online shooters isn't the killing but the thrill of getting attacked and then trying to evade. But the thing that really made me tick is how he mocked us by saying "I don't see you guys getting any kills". I facepalmed.

So have you guys had any similar interactions with people who cheat like this in online games? Is it really getting to a point where we should get accustomed to this type of stuff?

I always thought that my 360 was eventually going to die on me. I didn't realize that it would come so unexpectedly. I've had it since April 07 with almost no hiccups. Oh well. I suppose I can dust off my Wii or get around to finishing all the puzzles in Picross DS 'till I get my XBOX repaired. Or save up for a PS3.... Nah... I'm broke.

If you hadn't already realized, I love the trivia feature on Giant Bomb. As a whole, I've learned a lot of stuff about video games I never would've known otherwise (to the point in which I get interested in games that I've previously ignored). I've been answering lots of questions, reporting duplicates/"spoiler" ones, and even submitting some of my own questions. I haven't really submitted many of my own because I'm worried that I'd stumble upon it while answering questions for that specific game. I've already started coming across my own questions (even with no more than a dozen submitted).
Anyway, my point is that I don't think it's very fair to answer your own questions. Answering maybe a couple probably might not affect your rank, but once you start submitting/around around 100, you can seriously affect your position versus other players (think about it, you can get 100 in a row without even needing to think).
Maybe I'm making a big fuss, but I think the staff should fix the trivia so that you can't answer your own questions. I think I remember coonce talking about this right after the system launched but so far it hasn't changed. There may be worse ways to play the game that can't be regulated (like looking up the answers), but I think this should be fixed.
