Turns out power is out. It sucks much more than I could imagine mostly because I have two kids and can't flush a toilet. I now end up sitting in my driveway at night drinking beer in my car as I listen to bombcast reruns while my phone charges.

In CT. No power for a few days now. This also means no water; which means no toilet flushing. I have two kids which means my house is truly a shit hole. Oh, and an inch of water in my basement because my sump pump is electric. Kicker; all of this happened a day after the hurricane. Fuck you, UI. Fix my shit!

I agree with this; I still haven't finished the Game of Thrones series, but I'm concerned with my Nook's charge. It has not delivered on it's multiple day promise.

I'm right in the path of Irene, and we'll probably get hit some time in the early A.M. of Sunday. I'm desperately charging all of my personal entertainment devices, but it looks like that, when the time comes, we'll be without power for close to a week. So I pose this question to the GB community; what do you do when the power is out?

I thought the mix of the music with the visuals was amazing.  It all fit, and it was hilarious to watch.  I think it music was an essential part of capturing that frenetic oddness that is Whiskey Media.  Just because I didn't know the song doesn't mean that I should think you should use Sweet Home Alabama instead.
