I sense general disdain for my notion. Endurance Run might be the better category, I considered a Breaking Brad because of the time constraints, and possibly his suffering at dealing with ME3 disappointment.
After listening to this week's podcast I had the thought that it would be the last week of March and the other Bombers would begin to pummel Brad with abuse that he won't finish Mass Effect 3 in time. As a result, due to pride, Brad would be forced through a ME3 death march to finish. If Brad is going to suffer I think it needs to be recorded and put on the internet. Therefore I propose a Breaking Brad - Mass Effect 3.
This past week I listened to Tested's Octoberkast. During one of Patrick's segments, if memory serves, he talks about how he got into video game journalism after Gary Whitta asks him. Despite his youth Tricky Klepek explains that he has been at this a long time, and he considers the start of his path to his current place when he attended the first E3 when he was thirteen. His father took him there, and joined him at many events for years to come, including even once he was working for Whiskey Media/Giantbomb.
While the passing of Patrick's father was sudden and tragic he can take comfort in the fact that passed away somewhere he loved, while his son was building a life for himself that he loved, and he helped start.
Just as the title of this thread, I'm thinking about getting back into Pokemon. I played an insane amount of Red and Blue when I was a kid, but pretty much stopped not long after that. The trick for me is that I don't own a DS or 3DS. Therefore, an investment to dive back into Pokemon would include the cost of a new handheld console.
Would you buy a DS or 3DS? Should I start with Pearl/Diamond, Platinum, or Black/White? It's an awfully steep investment for some nostalgia, but I'm still considering it.
Question: Do the later versions include the original Pokemon, and those added in later versions, or only the newest ones for that Generation?
