 " To be clear: Bethesda the developer is not pursuing this, it's the company who owns Bethesda."

Bethesda == ZeniMax for all intents and purpose.

From the GiantBomb wiki: In 1999, Bethesda Softworks was acquired by ZeniMax Media Inc., a company founded by Bethesda Softworks founder, Christopher Weaver and current ZeniMax Media Inc. CEO, Robert A. Altman.

@nail1080: Bioshock 2 rules.

But re: the Minerva's Den DLC....Anyone else get boned by Games for Windows when trying to download this? It gives me a programmer level error message and nothing more. The transition of GfW to Xbox.com may be the root cause but it's been weeks since that started and it still won't give me the DLC I paid for.

When is the level scaling patch due? I'd thought it was tied to the GOTY release but my Steam update page for the game says nothing about it. Argh! I want better loot, dammit!

Um, Valve doesn't really do the team lead title thing. People work on the projects they want to work on as part of a cabal (their term.) And they're usually pretty tight lipped about projects until they've had some time to cook a while. No doubt they could do a community driven project like this as well or better than anyone but I'm thinking there may be some delusional thinking (or account hacking) at work here.
