I always get motion sickness, moreso with FPS which other than the fact that they are boring, is the reason I don't play them. I remember trying Mass Effect and giving up because it made me sick, then I went and bought 2, but haven't tried it yet. I find motion sickness is worse when I am tired.

That sucks. Being born with a genetic flaw like being motion sick. Blame oyur parents for your bad genes bro.

Are you playing it on PS3, because the frame rate is pretty awful sometimes and trying to watch action cut scenes was making me feel kinda funny. Also never play the Witcher 2, the motion blur when you turn in that game will probably make you instantly puke.

Hey, finally someone else who actually knows what problems low FOV can cause. Faith in humanity gain +5 As for the wireless keyboard and mouse thing, that's not needed. I play using my Logitech G19 and the MX518 mouse, all wired and I use the TV as my monitor. USB cables aren't that hard to extend and also hide under a carpet

Course you CAN play with a mouse and keyboard in your couch, but it is pretty cumbersome when you want to chill with your friends and just let the controller rotate.

What annoys me is that they did a half-assed try for a PC port, they should either have had proper FoV or Gamepad support :)

Do you wear glasses? If your eyesight has worsend, it can sometimes lead to nausea.

My problem has been solved somewhat when I was playing last night (360 version) I had to sit closer to the tv than normal because my wife was sleeping. So I had to play with headphones on. I went out and bought a headphone extension cable so I could sit farther back. Now it's just when you have to run for an extended period of time that I get nauseous and that happens few and far between so far.

Don't they sell tablets for that problem? or do you need a prescription?

Ah, that way. Because the way you wrote it, it seemed like you meant to only eay food, once you were full already, which seems kind of strange.

@osuzoo08: Move back from your TV/monitor dude. And if a game made me sick, I straight up wouldn't play it, no matter how much time I'd put into it.

That said, I have noticed that the camera seems a bit closer over the shoulder than I'm used to, but it's also been a while since I played ME2.

Isn't this the reason why every single video game has that motion sickness disclaimer on the back of the box, the first page of the insert and when you boot up the game?

If it's legitimately bothering you, just stop playing. Wait until there's a patch to fix the narrow field of view. No video game is worth getting physically ill over.

That said, I have noticed that the camera seems a bit closer over the shoulder than I'm used to, but it's also been a while since I played ME2.
