So, I pretty well use “Palantas” as my username for everything.  It’s my online identity.  I also have a habit of registering on any site I visit that lets you register.  This is rather amusing when I visit a site or forum, try to register, and find out that there’s already a Palantas there.  I’m like “What the ****?” until I pause a second, and actually try to log in.  Sure enough, I’d already registered for that site sometime in the distant past.

This actually happened to me today with the Eidos forums.  Vashkey shot me a link to the Deus Ex 3 official site in my comment box, and I went to check it out.  There’s zero information there, but there is a forum, where I went through the above-described process.

On to something gaming-related: Deus Ex is probably my favorite game of all time, and I am very, very psyched about there being a new entry in the series.  I’m curious as to how they’re going to do it, as some of the endings in Deus Ex 2 (especially the one I chose) left little room for a sequel.  I guess people said the same thing about the first Deus Ex, though.  Hmm…
Anyway, if you’ve never played Deus Ex, you need to save $15, buy it off Amazon, install it on your computer, play it a couple times through, and then come tell me how awesome it was in my comment box.
