Thanks for Nothing Manny

  Yesterday I emailed Microsoft support for a problem I've been having my my Xbox 360. In this email I informed them that my XBLA games were not working properly, about half of my XBLA games (old and new) don't detect that I am connected to Xbox Live. I have tried re-downloading them, but it does not fix my problem.

I understand that you are having an issue loading your full version game and tried re-downloading it but has the issue. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Bruce, as you have mentioned, if you are loading a downloaded game to another console, the game will revert back to trial version. It has something to do with the license of the console as to where you originally downloaded your content.

The reply is poorly worded, and did not even address my problem. I told them that my problem was with games I downloaded on my new Xbox too. This is probably the worst experience I've had with customer service in a while, but at least it makes me laugh.


(P.S: If you have any ideas as how to fix my problem I would appreciate it.)
