I literally JUST talked to that Moogle and killed Bomb King last night and saw that and laughed out loud. That's actually why I logged on to Giant Bomb today, but you incredibly posted it almost when I did!

Hahaha, that's pretty weird. =) I just found the Bomb King and dude he is tough, I'm just playing through the story and my main three party members are only level 38 =( I managed to hurt him pretty good but he kept using his regen ability and eventually kicked my butt some so I ran away, hehe. Any advice for the battle? "
Yeah, sure. Sorry for the late reply. You probably already killed him, but if not:
Tank him with somebody wearing a Flame Shield with Decoy on. (Use a macro like Ally: Vaan/Decoy on somebody, assuming Vaan is your tank.)
And then if anyone else is in melee range of him, make sure he or she is wearing Flame Shield also b/c his AOE fire spells just kick butt.
Always kill the little bombs he spawns as soon as you can. They'll do a chain detonation thing that's devastating if they're out for too long.
He'll do the regen thing five times (I think). If you can get lucky with a Quickening just before he does it and manage to kill him with it, you can stop him from being able to use it, but honestly I find it more fun not to resort to Quickenings for that kind of thing, so just stick it out without them, IMO. (If you are going to use them, maybe use them when he's got three or four little bomb friends out to AOE them down, but be careful about your MP!)
Also, make sure you bring quite a few Handkerchiefs and equip everyone with "Ally:Status=Oil/Handkerchief" macro, because it's really the combo of Oil and his AOE fire spells that can decimate you.
It's a long fight. I think it took me 20 minutes or so!
I was considering buying the Prima guide, but taking a look at it, without a good Index, it would take far too long to find a lot of things I might want to find on the fly.
That said, do people feel that Fallout Wiki is the best place to go or are there other good sources for Fallout 3 help/guides?

Even in the lead, it clarifies:

This was a time just after WWII when the Japanese government felt insecure, and wasn't sure about the strength of the US commitment to defend them from a Chinese attack, which would have been easy for the new Chinese government to garner support for give that the terrible way the Japanese military treated the Chinese in WWII was still fresh in their minds. Meanwhile, Japan was forbidden from having a standing army. It seems like Sato was basically encouraging Johnson to defend Japan through the use of nuclear weapons in the event of a nuclear strike by China. I would interpret it as a statement that was Sato asking Johnson to ensure that China would be held off by mutually assured destruction from America, given that Japan neither had nukes nor a military to speak of at the time.
So, I wouldn't exactly call it "requesting nuclear war" so much as requesting defense through mutually assured destruction.

Funny, that's precisely why I used the term "latent" to describe your disrespect for my opinion. You later confirmed that you had no respect for me or my opinion directly and went on to insinuate that I was stupid and had a poor vocabulary. Ironic, given that the term "latent" was perfect for the situation, that you thought I was misusing it. I'm busy in real life. I'm earning a PhD. I don't have time everyday to come on Giant Bomb and shoot the shit. I check the threads I posted in before to see if I got replies. That's not resuscitating a conversation, it's continuing it.
I considered perpetuating a discussion of the dual talent specs, but what would that have availed me? As for going in the other thread, I went into that thread to read it and lo-and-behold, someone else calls you a prick almost simultaneous with when I called you out as an asshole in this thread. If that doesn't tell you something, maybe you should try getting your ego in check and recognizing that you are being "kinda a prick" to people and that it's time to reassess your approach.
