Okay, so I bought Dead Rising 2 yesterday for my computer, but I have encountered two (minor-ish) problems:

  1. My gaming computer isn't connected to the internet, and the game wants to register (or something along those lines) with Windows Live. Do I have to lug my gaming computer monolith tower to my modem and do as the game demands? (Will this even work?) Or is there a way around this?
  2. Once I've gotten past the first step, do I constantly need to be connected to the internet whilst playing the game? (It's not a purchase through Steam)

Any help ASAP would be appreciated

Okay, thank you, that helped a lot!

About one or two months ago, I bought the Game of the Year edition of Fallout 3 from eBay (for PC). I purposely chose it because it came with all of the expansion packs, but since installing (and playing and beating) the game, none of them seem to have activated. I've installed the add-ons with the extra disc, but still none of them work, even after I tried starting a new game. It also seems that the Achievements fail to work. I don't have the internet on my gaming computer, do I need to be connected to the internet whilst playing to activate the add-ons? Or is something else the problem?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

It's not because he likes the Beatles, but if you look at his forum posts and comments on his favourites list you'll see what I mean.

I really get annoyed at The_Elder_Scroll. He has a thing about the Beatles. If you look at his favourites he... ah whatever. Just look at his profile and tell me if he's wacky or not.

Hehe, this is just something a friend of mine and I thought up of a while ago. We thought of names for most of the missions in Contracts if there was an Australian edition released. And by the way, for any Australians who think this is stereotyping, I'm Australian too, so get over it and laugh at yourself.

Mission 1: Originally Called- Asylum Aftermath
Australian Edition name- AFL Aftermath or Uluru Aftermath
Mission 2: Originally Called- Meat King's Party
Australian Edition name- Meat King's Barbecue
Mission 3: Originally Called- The Bjarkov Bomb
Australian Edition name- The Blundstone Bomb or The Bondi Bomb
Mission 4: Originally Called- Beldingford Manor
                   Australian Edition name- Beldingford Farm
Mission 5: Originally Called- Rendezvous in Rotterdam
Australian Edition name- Rendezvous in Glen Rowan*
Mission 6: Originally Called- Deadly Cargo
                   Australian Edition name- Deadly Cattle
Mission 7: Originally Called- Traditions of the Trade
Australian Edition name- Traditions of the Pub
Mission 8: Originally Called- Slaying a Dragon
Australian Edition name- Slaying a Dingo
Mission 9: Originally Called- The Wang Fou Incident
Australian Edition name- Can't think of one
Mission 10: Originally Called- The Seafood Massacre
Australian Edition name- The Sausage Sizzle Massacre
Mission 11: Originally Called- Lee Hong Assassination
Australian Edition name- Peter Garrett Assassination
Mission 12: Originally Called- Hunter and Hunted
Australian Edition name- Can't think of one

See if you can think of better mission names!
