Same problem here, using the latest beta Chrome, Windows 7.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Im thinking of a PC game, probably released in late 90's/early to mid 00's. It was 2D, I think, and a RTS. The setting was somewhat fantasy related. You controlled a city with stone walls, and there was a certain degree of city planning involved. At the beginning of a game the map was hidden under a black "fog of war" similar to the civ series. Gold was a resource. Also, bats were in the game. You would control units in a point and click sort of way.
 
The last time I played this was a long while ago, so any aspect of this could be a bit off.

I think every now and then there will be a new one, but they have definitely slowed down since call of duty went modern...

At least this one isn't a community quest. The thousand image thing seems like it will be possible to get eventually. If anyone wants to comment HERE I will return the favor.

 PROTIP: use the Chrome extension "Page Refresh" and set the refresh to 2 seconds on my profile and I will do the same!

I think it is a very bad idea however, to have exclusive content, but early access/livestreams could work.
