Hey duders. I've been thinking about getting a Kinect for Dance Central and a good fitness game. I know that I'm going to like Dance Central and that it's going to be a blast with parties. It's the fitness game I'm curious about. I can't seem to find much feedback but from what I understand the 3 best contenders are EA Active 2.0, Biggest Loser and Your Shape. Although the quick look didn't really sell me on the latter. Is there anyone here who has used one of these games for a long period of time? I like the idea of getting workout schedules for certain periods of time with EA Active but I've heard about some unresponsive things as well :( I don't really mind bad voice command/menu control as I'll just use the controller. No biggie. But if it doesn't detect my motions that would kinda suck. I don't have a Wii or PS3 so Kinect games are my only options when it comes to these kind of games. And please, can this not turn into a "why don't you go to a gym" thread? :P

If a game has Steam support I only rejoice :) It's what pulled me into PC gaming tbh. You can get so many games for cheap, as long as you wait for the sales. I think I am also one of the few who likes GFW since it combines achievements with my Xbox gamertag where Steam achievements don't really matter to me. (Not that I'm that into achievements, but I do enjoy getting some from time to time ^^)

Coming from Europe I'm in awe that it it's a 'good thing' in America for students to have guns. Then again, I can buy pre-rolled joints as if they're happy meals :/

Shadow Broker is a good set-up to Mass Effect 3 but I personally enjoyed Project Overlord a bit more. It was a self contained story with a harrowing conclusion. :x

I'm thinking of buying this game and was wondering if anyone can point me to a fun EU server and a guild that's mature-ish? :)

It's 5 bucks for a few hours of fun, if you play TF2 as well it's a no-brainer.

Isn't it very tactical? They can keep an eye on you and kinda force you to go to war since a city between your cities is just a ticking time bomb. Kinda makes you look like the bad guy to all the other civs.

Ah, who am I kidding? Diplomacy is stupid in Civ 5, they'll gang up on you anyway. It's frustrating that even your greatest ally has a timer for when it will declare war on you. Even when you gift the cities of the civ they were at war with.  >=(

Most boring win for sure, just got it. Another way to increase city state trust is help them fend off an attacker, when doing so their rep will stay up a lot longer and by the time the voting begins the other civ has forgotten about your little fight or you dominated the shit out of them anyway ;) But yeah, get that cash going and keep your military close to your enemy. But of course, not too close, they are too paranoid for that :P
