I had to look up 2 feather locations, but 98/100 isn't too bad...right?
 
The only other thing I had a problem with was some of the combat trophies.  Maybe I missed it somewhere, but I didn't realize you could learn new abilities in Monteriggioni, I thought the practice ring was just for...practice.

The only optional quest that I can remember being impressed with off the top of my head was the Stone Prisoner DLC.
 
Everything else felt like the standard fetch this/kill that quest.
