I'm kind of surprised that you seem stunned by this. I've seen numerous resub e-mails that have the same "please come back" tone to them from other games. But as for me, I really enjoy the story elements of SWtOR. It's something different in an MMO that gives it a more personal flair for me. Being that I like to see the numerous stories, I don't have any one character over level 30 yet. I clearly have plenty that I have yet to see on that front. With that said, it's playing with a friend of mine that has kept the game extremely interesting for me. As a solo experience, it does begin to feel as though you're doing the same thing over and over before too long. Crafting balance certainly needs some work as is it seems like there's no greater reward for pursuing it.

Do I see myself subscribing to the game a year from now? No, not on a consistent basis. I've already got my go-to MMO with City of Heroes, which I've been playing for about 5 years now. I do see myself coming back to SWtOR from time to time to check in and play around with different alts though, which is more than I can say for any other MMO at this point.

SWtOR has plenty of problems, but I think it does an ultimately good job of carving out its own niche in the MMO market. It's clearly not going to be the WoW replacement that it wanted to be for most gamers though.

There's so many games I want to play coming out this month, but Just Cause 2 is certainly near the top. Can't wait to get a closer look at this one.
