Those don't exist in the UK. I've never had to drive somewhere to spell words on a stage. Seems like a hard thing to do for a kid. We just had written tests. 3 times a year, we were given read out 100 words and we had to spell as many of them correctly as possible on paper.

This isn't part of a curriculum. Its just an extracurricular activity.

In my middle school (in Ontario, Canada), we had mandatory class-level spelling bees, and the top X number of each class advanced to the finals, which took place in a mandatory assembly.

We had the same thing but for speeches. You were able to decline going to the event if your speech was chosen but I was a fan of that time of year.

Oh yeah, we had those too.

Yeah speeches were the worst. I remember winning my classroom speech thing where I talked about my cat.. Had to do the speech in front of the whole school and just stayed home that day.

Ben was a teenager and teenagers are mostly fuck-ups.

If you save him at the school and bring him along he really does open up to Kenny and they kind of make up. Unfortunate what happens afterwards though.

I've always preferred dota over LoL because there's no grinding for stuff. Didn't have the patients to farm IP to unlock every hero and rune, which just didn't suit my style (always played random in the original dota). I know they're not 100% necessary to compete but you feel extremely out matched when playing with or against people who have everything. Also the idea that you can't really random properly - since you might not have the proper rune page for what you get- in ranked LoL wasn't enjoyable, although for the most part a standard ap/ad/tank rune page set up would suffice for more heroes anyway.

Yeah, personally it's great but the only other person in the world that your sterility affects is your partner. I've seen couples break up over way smaller things.

Nope I love both my parents. Actually I get along pretty well with most people.

1. Warcraft 3 as my absolute favorite. The other 2 are constantly changing and depend solely on what my mood is/what I'm playing at the time but my #1 will always be WC3. Ladder was alright but the custom maps were where it was at. The campaign for it was also decent.

I'm surprised that WD is in second place. I've always figured Barb Monk and Wizard are top three picks for people no matter what. I've been set on WD since before they were even announced. I love me some pet classes.
