I was put off going after certain objectives at first because I thought they sounded tough BUT they can actually help you out in battle. For example one of the objectives will be to destroy a dam which you can actually use to kill land units with. The terraformer can kill any unit around it instantly. The units you're tasked with protecting can be controlled by you a lot of the time.

So yeah, just try out every objective and see what they're all about, you might be surprised

Also, objectives that aren't a building you have to protect will not reduce your grid power when failed. Another incentive to go after them.

Also always prioritise reputation over power in the rewards. You can buy power with reputation at the end of every island and it works out that it's pretty much never worth going after power

I don't think I could play a game for that long ever. I have probably played Threes! more than anything else but that's still nowhere near 1000

The type of people that spend all day "crusading" against the evils of EA, watching angry people on YouTube and shouting on reddit are of course the people that would look up to some drunk guy going on some long nonsensical rant knowing that he was abusing the platform he had been given.

If they can do the licenses I would love to see an N64 classic. But then again almost every game that I would want on it has seen a rerelease which largely improves the base game

@ben_h: I thought the better parts just broke less easily? Do they actually impact gameplay beyond that?

Yeah that is a weird omission. Sucks because it seems like this supports universal leaderboards between all consoles so you could theoretically make a GB league for all platforms...
