Sorry folks about the bold txt , actually i had written that message in another text editor which by default i had set the settings to bold, just for my preference, since the txt editor showed txt that was marginally not visually appealing to me, sorry for that.

So i give the compatibility mode to win2000, and winME and other as well , but it is not working . Anyways i will do a new format and install Winxp SP2 and will play the game from their, this game is not available in any shop in my place and i am not very big fan of online shopping especially, buying softwares and games. So at present i am playing STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl and after that i will do the new installation of sp2, their is nothing important in my pc and all the settings has has been backed up.

Anyways thankyou for trying to help out. You will have a constant visit from me, in this forum. :)

sorry for posting this issue of Liberty city here at GTA IV , but i couldn't find a decent place or a forum to post my issue and this forum simply worked, anyways please co-operate.

i have this game, GTA Liberty City and i remember it never being able to complete that game, simply at first i thought it was complicated looking at the custom key configuration and never figured how to complete a mission or rather start a mission, time has passed and i have played Vice City, San Andreas and now i want to try my hands at this game.

So but my system is Winxp Sp3 with Dual core and Nvidia geforce 210, although this installs fine and it start to a point where a user had to START a new game and when i do, the game freezes and shows desktop, i remember playing this game when i was little younger may be then i had winxp sp2 system, so i am thinking this must be a bug not allowing the game to play in Winxp Sp3.

So i am asking in this forum is their a fix to this, can i still play GTA Liberty city in Sp3, i very well know that their are even older games that runs in Winxp Sp3 so why not Liberty city.

Please anyone provide a solution to this.
