"Lights, Camera, Headshot!" from House of the Dead: OVERKILL. Guess not too many people here have played that one, I'm only the 6th to get this achievement.

Saints Row, Hitman, Kane and Lynch, Grand Theft Auto. With other games (Uncharted, Half Life) I started at the beginning even after the sequels were already out so I could see the backstory.

So much bad in this thread, it's hard to make it worse but here you go.
