Hi, I am to getting the "Based on your subscription level, this content is unavailable" message for downloads too, I use IDM (Internet Download Manager) to queue a few downloads and have used this many times over the many years as a member but it only just started causing the error recently.

I would try Hero Emblems. Its a pay once, match 3 RPG and its pretty good. its a little grindy but I have enjoyed it:

Other than that there is Puzzle Quest 2- the sequel to one of the best match 3 games ever, this has both a Freemium version (I hate that term!) and a full paid version, its pretty damn good but not quite as good as the original (the original Puzzle Quest was given a HD version on IPad only but for some reason it seems to have been taken down) :
