I can give you a good reason not to buy it, every single match you enter will have input delay, so unless all you care about is seeing the pretty colors then do not buy this game; because everything that applies to a real mvc match does not apply online

This games multiplayer online is absolutely unacceptable and all communities of those who would play/purchase this game must do something about it, I for one am starting with this which I will attempt to spread around to any and all gaming journalists and hopefully to reach capcom themselves and force them to do something about this problem rather then just not caring.  I would suggest to anyone in support you attempt to spread this around as well.
