British solider getting murdered against the backdrop of a big fucking American flag.

Go fuck yourselves, Ubisoft.

Assassins Creed is made by Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft is a European game company.

Not sure of your point here. Other than Montreal is basically france and they hate the british so a British soldier being murdered is ok?

Appreciate the input from all of you, definitely summed it up well though:

"Is there any way it can be a bad idea today? Yes. Is there any way it can be a bad idea tomorrow? No! Play it tomorrow!"

If I've got to ask the question perhaps I already know the right answer. I'll play it safe this year. Cheers guys. :)

Was sold on Journey after the quicklook (stopped watching midway). Didn't play much flower but this looks really good. Really like games where exploration and the sense of discovery are key.

So today is our first wedding anniversary and I see that Rayman Origins is finally in my mailbox here at work. We get home at 6, there'll be flowers and chocolate etc and dinner is at 9 at a fancy restaurant. There's some time to fill here, is it wrong to get your wife to play games on your anniversary? Rayman's apparently a quality title and coop at that, it should be fun right? Is it so hard she's going to divorce me by the meal? :P.

Blizzard can fuck right off. It's such a slippery slope they're going down.

Cancelled my subscription a few days ago (1 day before the 2nd month was to kick in). I like parts of the game but overall the combat doesn't feel fresh, the recorded voice dialogue for everyone whilst great in the beginning urked me later on (i'd walk into a new area i wanted to race through and then i realised i'd have to listen to the mostly-boring problems people would blather about for 15 minutes), space combat whilst looking nice is a short lived interesting change, pvp is currently blah. The 'universe' just feels kind of dead to me even with all the people playing.

After cancelling I immediately went back to Skyrim. The world is full of AI and it still feels more alive than SWTOR
