Eh.  This is why I have it on a crap credit card I don't care about with a limit sub $1k.  I make 90% of my online purchases with that thing.  Still sucks.  Sony still doesn't know exactly what was compromised, and that in and of itself smacks of a terribly inept computer security team responsible for it.  If you can't avoid the problem, you should at least know how to find out WHAT was compromised.

Sony needs to hire some capable people.  I wonder where the breach happened.  Is PSN down world-wide or just in the U.S.?  I haven't kept up too much on the story and was not interested enough to care until I read here that personal info may have been compromised.

Company doesn't come through on it's commitments multiple times? Means Ilmy wallet won't come through with a purchase the next opportunity I get. Money talks, and my money will be spent on games from devs that don't make empty promises. I don't need to be patronized.

They've spent a crazy amount of time supposedly working on these; things that were done and working on similar architecture (360). We have seem ports to radically different hardware done in less time by companies. Seems like they must not have neem working on it at all... That or there were 4 guys assigned to it and given no direction.

Don't jerk me around and tell me it's for my benefit. I appreciate honesty, not empty promises in an attempt to make me feel good. What's to say this won't happen with BF3 content? Given Dice's recent history, I can't put much faith in this not reoccurring. The support they've shown their PC titled this generation ranges from absemt to just enough to get by.

I've spent more than 5 hours playing it already in Adventure with two friends.  We've started over once, and only gotten to Ch7 of the 13.  I think the Adventure mode will be fun to replay just for the challenge it offers.  But the arena modes are lots of fun too.  For $10 you'll easily get your money's.  Easily.  It's also genuinely hilarious, which alone makes it worth the price of admission.  Unless you don't know pop culture references for fantasy & sci-fi...then you may not catch all the references.

They have things dating back as far as Lord of the Rings, Monty Python Quest for the Holy Grail, & Star Wars to recent movies and fantasy fiction from recent games like WoW and others.  Truly genius writing at times with laugh out loud moments.  It's a lot like Family Guy in the way it parodies things.  Even if you play for 10 hours, that's $1 for each...you'd be hard pressed to find more bang for your buck this month.   And it won't be a hassle to get friends to play once they see it in action.   The spell system is ingenious as well, and I hope to see it stolen for MMO's in the future.  Much more active casting than just taping a button, that actually makes sense.

Finally out!

Music's not as great (through the DSi XL's speakers) as the original soundtrack, but it's not far off.  I'll try it with headphones and see if it's better later.  But Just came to see if people were talking about it before I dive in further yet again to this game.  Sadly it looks like not, get it people; it's 1000 points.  $10 bucks is easy to spend on a game I've played so much already, just to support it (and play it yet again finally on the go, in proper form).  Plays great, looks nice, they didn't try to do what they did with the Wii version and change the graphics.  <3 Pixel & Nicalis.

" This is typical of the Internet.  People are jumping to conclusions and making judgments before they know anything.  None of you have any idea what the Bombcast is going to be like now.  It's going to change.  You might not care about the second half.  It might be all news while the first part is "What have you been playing".  It might be the opposite.  How can you say they're messing it up when you don't even know what it is yet? Wait until you see what the first half of the Bombcast is like before you bitch about not getting the second half immediately.  (I'm guessing that the topical stuff, like new releases and news will go in the first half now, while the chatter and discussion will go in the second half.)  They said they wouldn't take anything away.  Well, you still get a Bombcast.  Technically, nothing has changed.  You're just getting a different Bombcast.  I agree that's fudging the truth a little, but I can forgive them that.  They had to know this was going to set some people on fire. We're honestly lucky they didn't put it completely behind the pay wall.  They probably could have made more money that way.  Also, I'm sorry if you can't afford the subscription, but being poor does not mean you deserve to get anything for free.  That's the way economies work.  If you can pay for something, you can have it.  If not, you don't get it.  It's not about elitism or segregating the community.  Just because you can pick an apple off a tree yourself doesn't mean that the grocery store should give you free apples.    Things cost money.  Most things eventually cost more.  That's just some facts of life that you're going to have to live with. Yeah, it sucks to lose something you used to enjoy, but that's life.  Deal. "
Agree with basically everything you've just said.  And remember we're still getting the 2nd half of the Bombcast, it just won't be the week it comes out.  I think those who decide a subscription to Giantbomb & Whisky Media's pages isn't worth it will at least find solace in the idea that they'll still get to hear all of it.
