Favorite Games of All Time!
These are the best-of-the-best that I have played during my 20 years of gaming. Only one title per franchise, with the exception of Phantasy Star Online.

1. Wonder Boy in Monster World
The Sega Master System version was my first "real" video game that I fell in love with - a truly classic and wonderful game!

2. Sid Meier's Civilization
The original Civilization for the PC made me get into computers - enough said really!

3. Shining Force
Amazing strategy RPG for the Sega Genesis - I had never played anything like it at the time, and it holds up very well today due to the high-quality production values.

4. Dead Rising
Freedom and complexity, plus some truly original, challenging and fun gameplay make this an underrated winner - one of the best games to just fool around in, much like the GTA series.

5. X-COM: UFO Defense
A seminal strategy game for the PC - simply phenomenal. Super-fun base building, character management, technology research, and excellent squad combat!

6. Shadowrun
A unique RPG for the SNES, and one of its best exclusive titles. Dark and mature, it was an amazing experience when it came out and is still totally worth playing today.

My favorite Mega Man game, this one has it all - amazing music, stylish 8-bit graphics, and classic gameplay.
