A shame that this game didn't sell, but not surprising. Looks pretty great though, Swery is the man!

a little early to claim a sales defeat

Digital distribution will save single player as an economically viable game type.

I have spoken.

"If you already don't like (or have, at some point in the past, liked) games like Call of Duty, there's a very good chance that Titanfall will hold zero appeal for you."

I have to disagree with Jeff on this one. I don't like Call of Duty, but I've really been enjoying Titanfall. It is FUN. I actually think it was specifically designed to appeal to those who like Call of Duty type FPSs while at the same time appealing to the more casual gamer who can take or leave an FPS. Respawn managed to nail that cross-over appeal. I'm not describing this too well. If interested, check out Tina Amini's review over on Kataku. She does a much better job of describing why it appeals to me, and why it might appeal to you if you're still on the fence.

"Ryse is a ton of fun" - You speak the truth Dave Lang. Not groundbreaking or mind-blowing, but good bloody fun! Worth playing.

World of Tanks beta has been great on 360! But then again, I'm an old man... :)

I'm a few hours into Forza 5 - it's very, very good. It looks amazing and the driving is better than any other Forza game I've played (3,4 & Horizon).

But.... what I really want is a new xbox one Horizon game :) I'm sure Playground Games is hard at work on one, but I suspect I'll need to wait a year or so :(

After reading this review, my thoughts: bring on Titanfall!

Everybody says that the game is so incredible and moving and has such an awesome ending. I really liked the concept, and I was really pumped to play it. Then I played the demo.

.....

So what I want to know is this: Is this game really that good, or does it just have a neat concept and an emotional ending? I've gambled on artsy games before and I'm usually all for them, but $15 is maybe asking a little too much given what I played of the demo.

The demo doesn't do the game justice. I tried the demo and almost didn't buy game. Glad I pulled the trigger. I 1000% agree with Brad on this one.

After seeing the PAX panel, I'm really excited for this game!
