The old D&D; rule book RPGs that give your characters like 6 hit points and 50%dodge.

The combat can be so infuriatingly random depending on the luck of the dice rolls

Wich is a shame as those old PC RPG's have some of the best story's.

I find it a bit disheartening that the points you made have the be point out at all and are not just blatantly obvious to anyone past middle school.

Why would you ever want to redeem your GOG purchases on Steam? ?_?

Wouldn't that defeat the whole point of buying from GOG in the first place / end up being completely pointless? ._.

Well personally if it were not for them offering exclusive games like Planescape:Torment i would have gladly kept my entire library on just steam. A long time ago it offered all the RPG classics like baldurs gate and whatnot for a bundle price, i bought everything they had on sale then and never went back.

Steam offers such great features like the cloud saves, automatic driver and update installs and being able to install games from a local application instead of being dependent of their website

So for my recent activity on the EU PlayStation forums i have been awarded with the privilege of watching a 1080p Resident Evil commercial whenever i fire up my PS3. Needless to say i see no value in a wallpaper centered around a game i neither own nor have any interest in:

EU PSN Code for Resident Evil 6 dynamic theme: KPCR-QMNA-M7HG

Please post a reply when the code is redeemed so we don't needlessly waste anyone's time

One time driver install:

  • 1. Start DS3 Tool
  • 2. Go to the Driver manager tab
  • 3. Select ""load driver"" followed by ""install all"" (The program will display a message in the log; telling you when its finished)

Using:

  • 1. Afterwards hook up your PS3 controller trough USB and go to the ""Profiles tab""
    2. Check if the Connected game controller(s) tab properly recognises your dualschock controller
    3. Mark the ""Xbox 360 Controller Emulator"" option en klick Enable.
    4. Finish with the vibration test and DONT close the program, it needs to stay active in the background to work.

I fail to see the point of this thread or the one which it it is based off.

When posing hypothetical questions at least have the decency to place them as plausible within this dimension

The last anime styled JRPG i played was Star Ocean: The last Hope and it was atrocious, how does the character/story development compare? (Star Ocean was entirely non-sensical)

Is this game entirely story based or are you spending 80% of the game grinding out filler content till you hit a story related event? Ive experienced enough of that from the Atelier games to last me a lifetime.
