Definitely the halo series as a whole. It really played into the whole 'combat puzzle' game play and made approaching scenarios different ways entertaining and rewarding.
If you want to try gin and tonics Plymouth is a good place to start, even better if you can get it with fever tree or another decent tonic. If you're drinking rum and cokes make sure it's dark rum, it's miles better. Maybe it's just because dark rums are the standard here, but I can't understand the fascination with bacardi and other white rums.
I said it in another thread, but did not see it come to fruition: make Chie half Chie, half tank. Imagine a mermaid, but instead of the bottom part being fish, the bottom part is tank.

Edit: Your commando thing was nonsense so I ignored it. No, Commando remade as Australian would be total nonsense.
Isn't the villain in commando Australian, in a really ridiculous over the top way? I'd kind of like to see a weird inversion of that but mostly because commando is such an insane movie to begin with.
