I had a really good day today.  Woke up early to have a relaxed breakfast.  I then ran up to the mall to spend a $25 dollar gift certificate at Sports Authority by buying a fleece vest as its starting to get cold here in New England.  I then spent a couple of hours at a friend's house watching the NE versus Baltimore game enjoying some food his wife made for us.  I then just finished an almost hour long speed walk in the brisk night air to make me good and sleepy for the night.  I wish everyday was like today.
