I don't know, man. I just couldn't get into it. I liked the mafia-esque story, but the action felt generic. Looking back, though, I never really got into first person shooters. I always had this sort of ADD mentality when it came to them. Even going back to Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, and Duke Nukem 3D, I would usually only play a few levels and just cheat my way through the game (god mode, all weapons, etc.). The Darkness did have really cool voice acting and presentation, so you probably loved it if you're an FPS fan.
