I know that a lot of people who play video games have some animosity towards Gamestop. I agree that they are not the best source to go to for recently released games and the used price for recent games are far too high. (usually only $5 dollars less than a new copy) You can get a lot of used PS2 games for some really good prices though. I was able to get Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy, Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, and Spider-Man: The Movie Game all for a total of just $5. Even on Ebay most of the time even if the games were dirt cheap the shipping price would be almost that much. I get the feeling that people focus too much on some of the less glamorous aspects of the business structure and miss out on some of the upsides. Am I wrong? What are your thoughts?

The staff give their authentic reaction to what they're sent. It would be pandering and insulting if they pretended to love everything they got. I can understand why people send this stuff but often it seems like stuff most people would never want and that one box (with the pink helmet and movie novelizations) was just creepy.

Sometimes when I have no idea where I am supposed to go or when I get stuck on a puzzle in an adventure game I will use a walkthrough.

This is a joke right? How can any mentally stable individual say anything other than the first one? There is no question about it.

I'm bothered by this way of logic. Rocksteady made good Batman games, therefore they should make a Spider-man/Super-man/some other superhero game. Uncharted was good, therefore Naughty Dogs should just make more games like Uncharted. It almost is insulting to the company saying they can only do a certain type of game and that all games of that type should be like that.
