Honestly, I think this is a Arkham Asylum situation.  Batman: AA did not need protection from early bad reviews, it was fairly obvious even before it released.  Likewise, I cannot fathom why Ubisoft thinks AC2 needs protecting.  It's a plainly much, much better game than the last one, and that one managed quite a few good marks despite it's flaws.

I don't understand the logic in bringing back this series, now, on this system.  The only response i can muster up is..... why?

Because the sales of the 360 version could not possibly be enough in Japan to warrant the cost of producing boxes, manuals, and pressing discs.  People in Japan just do not want 360 games.  Bayonetta on PS3 is far and away outselling the 360 version so far, and it's been well known that the game is blatantly better on the 360.

Well, keep in mind this is Kevin Van Ord.  The same guy that said Assassin's Creed performed better on PS3 than 360, which was just painfully and completely incorrect in every feasible way.  Of course I always have a hard time taking his opinions seriously, but it has more to do with having seen a picture of him masturbating than his opinions on videogames.

It's really great that we have so many people who are willing to remind us the PC version is better, even in threads that specifically are about the console versions.  You know, in case we'd forgotten or missed the other eighty million posts that say the same thing.  Keep up the good work guys.
