I'm very proud that the protests have been peaceful in my country, so far.

It's important that people know it's serious that we don't respect racism. There's just many ways you can protest. I find it reasonably doubtful that Floyd would have wanted people to murder in his name.

We need more love in this world.

Man, this game is so incredible. I should really play it again before the sequel gets too close.

I wonder what my biggest missed game shame is. I've never played a Halo for more than a couple hours, but that was just a product of my console choices.

Try it on Master Mode ^_^ So much better!

Wow those versions of 1942 were missing its music for the time.

The one you played @rorie was probably the C64 version:

The 9 character code is faster than looking up things with words though.

I probably misunderstood this, but I believe the Windows32 support is such a great change is because up to now everyone using the Windows Store were hampered by UWP restrictions. Which meant less options for the end user and such. We like to laugh at Nintendo's odd decisions but that was a similarly odd MS decision.

Yeah really cool. They don't make games like this anymore.

That upcoming game Conan Unconquered by some of the creators of C&C (say it out loud) looks good too but I think it's more of a wave based game?

@s5n8k3: I wholeheartedly agree. But this is not a site where discussion of such matters are encouraged. I've gotten into trouble before for responding rationally to topics like this. There tends to be a very emotional response. Which is fine, it just means it's not really the place to have thoughtful discourse. I suggest having more meaningful discussions on a free speech plug-in like Dissenter instead.

(I think that arguments like 'the larger social context' and real-life examples are assuming either that there is no clear difference between games and life, that a wrongful depiction of a human in a fantasy world is harmful because it negatively impacts real people, or that a sexual depiction of a person is necessarily inherently negative, which is debatable. If we look at what sells, in entertainment but also in real-life when it comes to treatments and cures for imperfections, it seems to suggest that such depictions or presentations can be desirable. But advertisements in fashion magazines for instance are widely believed to have a negative impact on the self-image of real people. So there is an interesting discussion to be had.

But we would have to talk about what defines sexy, what determines normal and if the norm in a game needs to be leashed to the norm in reality, and what is considered desired when it comes to media and when it comes to reality.)

That is bizarre. I was thinking of this vehicular combat game that reminded me loosely of Desert Strike and I hooked up my PS4 to find it as I remember playing it on the PS3. So I checked my purchased games library and could not find it. Then I looked on the wiki and could not find it. I remember it had co-op and then after 15 minutes or so I found it! Renegade Ops. I turn on my PC to watch Unprofessional Fridays, and they are playing it XD
