PC GAMING IS DEAD....

on my computer. Yes, Monday, June 15th, my laptop refused to turn on, which is sad because I had just purchased Neverwinter Nights 2 Gold Edition, and I was having quite a bit of fun with it. I took my craptop to a Staples, who said that they'd fix it for half-off, but that my hard drive would be wiped, which means that all my downloaded episodes of Arrested Development (well, the majority of them) and the IT Crowd are down the drain, along with aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalll of my save data from Neverwinter Nights 2 (thankfully I was only 2 hours in).
Without having an actual computer, my activity on GB will be down for the next few days, which totally sucks because I just got my internet installed in my house, and I was ready to catch up on some Endurance Runs. The only other game [besides Neverwinter Nights 2 and The Old Republic] that I could see playing on my laptop in the near future was Dragon Age, but after the specs were announced for that behemoth, those foresights were also sucked down the drain.
"But Red, you evil genius, what are you doing without your computer, playstation 3 or xbox 360?" you may ask, and I will reply "eating lots of candy, and playing Crimson Gem Saga". Yesterday I picked up this gem [pun definitely intended] after a week of scouring, and am in love with this game. While it may be an incredibly traditional JRPG, I like traditional, and I love Atlus, who have really outdone themselves on the localization of this game. Few games manage to break the fourth wall so hilariously, or have such incredible british accents. Oh, and it has the same voice actress that voiced Rise from Persona 4, who was also in Star Ocean 4. Man, she has a good bimbo voice.
Lastly, I've been reading a little bit of a book entitled "Chuck Norris vs Mr. T", which is exactly what it sounds like.
