I currently have dead island and dead space 2 on the backburn. I would really like to finish dead space 2 but i doubt I will be able to complete dead island. No more horror games for a while I think. I am also playing arkam city but I think I am just going to do the story and most of the sidequests. I just do not feel like I need to 100% the game to get everything out of it.

That was pretty funny. But seriously, I do not have great expectations for ME3. I just do not see room for an interesting story or new interesting characters. It seems like we are probably going to be getting more ME2 style gameplay. Given Bioware's recent releases I am not hopefull that this game will go out with a bang. I wish they would just slow down the game to be more like ME1 instead of OMG action giant robot apocalypse!

I was not aware that people actually did not like mirror's edge. I thought that was an awesome and very unique experience. I have definately been meaning to play the new castlevania at some point. One man's trash is another's treasure I suppose. For me I really liked the 2009 wolfenstein, that game was super fun and had some great moments.

This is just to appease people who do not know anything about what these bills are or represent. They wan't people to think they have made some kind of consession (DNS blocking is a joke anyway) that gets rid of the controversial aspects of the bill. However, anyone with an ounce of sense knows that the entire thing needs to be rewritten anyways. These bills have absolutely nothing to do with piracy and are more about making it legal for the government and corporations to tap into anything they want and censor anything they want. They want all bandwidth to go through cnet and viacom servers instead of consumer friendly services like youtube or whatever. Honestly, given how much of a joke the government I am guessing SOPA/PIPA will pass maybe after a slight revision especially after the rediculous amount of money that the "industry" has thrown into this bill. Whatever happened to the free market?

So for me a game that I really enjoyed was wolfenstein 2009 on PC which looks great and is super silly fun. It also can be challenging on harder difficulties. I am not sure why some people did not like the game but I am guessing they did not complete the entire game because it gets very crazy in a good way. Its also 12-15 hours long, has open world elements and great level design.

Rage is also a game I enjoyed a lot. It did not quite live up to its promises but it was still a very tight feeling shooter with the best dynamic animation I have ever seen. Also, the gameplay just felt right, skillbased and almost tactical. Try playing this game on nightmare and tell me it is not one of the best playing fps shooters ever.

Supreme commander 2 was also a game I enjoyed and can not figure out why no one bought it. The developers basically fixed all the problems that people bitched about for ages and then none of those people ended up buying the game. I feel like the game is potentially as well designed a competetive game as starcraft 2, but no one played so they stopped making content and abandoned the project. It was pretty sad to see.

Additionally, I remember all the people that panned the witcher 1 when it came out. I mean like 4-6 out of ten review scores. What a bunch of poser game reviewers. The game was not even that buggy when it came out and people professionals actually thought the story was "boring" in that game? Well I guess history made an ass of them so I do not have to.

I really liked binding of Isaac but not so much meat boy. I liked how Isaac had a sort of interpretive story and some meaning behind its insanity. Meat boy had no meaning for me, it was just a very simple, challenging platformer.

I really hope for PC versions of the HD remakes. The original PC versions have some issues on modern systems so it would be nice to have real working modern versions of the silent hill series. They did bring homecoming to PC so why would they not make the HD remakes? I like the silent hill games but I hate all the backtracking and rediculous puzzles that I find infuriatingly obfuscated and the combat is really kind of bad.

I absolutely loved stalker and the developers did a good job of fixing the game post release. The game was ambitious, challenging and facinating. Also, call of pripyat(the second expansion) is possibly a better starting point and feels like a very refined experience. Call of pripyat with the complete mod is simply astonishing to behold on a high spec PC and plays great too. I really hope so much that they can get funding. I would love to see what those guys could do with a stable financial base!!!
