Disappointing Games of 2011

The list compiled here is the top disappointing games of 2011, those who I anticipated the most to be at least playable or more improved but the developers decided to make the game the same or much worse. It is really painful that some of these games had shaped their sequel into a bland and awful resort of releasing a game that not only promises what the hype is going to be but screw over what is indeed a potential product.

  • Oh Dragon Age, you seem like a really great game last year but it seems like your development cycle didn't improve as much as the original. The fact that the game had fully revamped the combat system didn't necessary mean that this game is actually enticing to play.. no. With bland and repetitive dungeons and areas, lackluster storyline that throws a stupid curve, a decent cast of characters that exists in this boring-ass game shows why this is the most disappointing game of 2011.

  • Both of these games suck and inducting into this category shouldn't be here in the first place but I had some high hopes of seeing this game be more than the original. It's quite a incentive to think this game is actually even worth playing and I was one of those who were suckered into another generic and terrible first person shooter set in an alternate universe where the koreans invade the US. Although it quite a enticing premise actually, the fact that you are fighting on American soil as a freedom fighter no less is a worth purchase for me. But the fact that I purchase this brief and generic campaign of sorts... which makes it into this category
